Health & Safety Protocols
In-person classes have been a great success, and we would like to continue offering this option with the safety of everyone in mind.

-
Elementary students' parents and MS & HS students will need to fill out a short google form stating they have not felt symptoms related to COVID-19 BEFORE each day of class. (siblings can be on the same form) If you forget to fill out the google form, there are printed copies at the institute you can fill out.
-
Coaches have been fully vaccinated and have received their boosters.
-
Masks must be worn by all individuals that enter the building.
-
High grade air filters are located in the classrooms and the main area.
-
Desks and chairs will be wiped down with cleaning wipes between classes.
-
Sanitizer is set up around the office.
-
Students must have their own materials (pen/pencil/notebook/etc)
-
Only 1 adult may accompany their child in the office.
-
There will be a maximum of 6 adults allowed within the office at one time. You may be asked to wait outside temporarily.
-
If your family has been exposed to COVID-19 in any capacity, please follow the state guidelines for a 10 day quarantine. That student will be asked to test for COVID-19 and will be allowed to return to class with a negative result.
-
If a student needs to be quarantined, you may join classes through zoom.
The safety of our coaches and students are of the utmost importance to us, so please help us by adhering to our guidelines.
